This trek makes a circuit of the Helambu region through two different national parks. This region includes a typical Sherpa village where one can see lots of monasteries. The region is famous for apple production. This area suits for trekkers who look for less crowded region. The view of the landscape here is really picturesque.

Trekking highlights:
Sherpa, Tamang and Lama society, monasteries, famous for apple production, 510 species of flora and fauna, view of Langtang Himalayan range.

Itinerary:

Day 01	Kathmandu to Chisopani (2215m) (15 km/ one hour): Drive by bus/car, trek.
Day 02	Chisapani to Kutumasang (2470m): Trek.
Day 03	Kutumasang to Tharepati (3510m): Trek.
Day 04	Tharepati to Melamchigaon (2530m): Trek.
Day 05	Melamchigaon to Tarkeghyang (2740): Trek.
Day 06	Tarkeghyang to Sermathang (2590m): Trek.
Day 07	Sermathang to Melamchi Bazzar (870m/ 3 hours): Trek, drive by bus/jeep.
